These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dev-Suite (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Dev-Suite provides a developer toolkit consisting of (a) a public mock-data API and (b) an SVG-to-component code conversion tool. Features and limits may change at any time.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA) to use the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately at abdullahmed1575@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account, including credit usage.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to generate, host, or distribute illegal, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the free tier through multiple accounts or proxies, or scrape the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service beyond what is permitted under any open-source license that applies.
- Use the Service to overload, attack, or interfere with our infrastructure or any third party's systems.
- Resell, sublicense, or repackage the API as your own service without prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, without refund.
4. Credits & billing
- Paid use of the Service is metered in "credits". Pricing for credit packages is listed on the billing page and may change for new purchases.
- Credits are purchased through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the purchase.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts and do not expire while your account is active.
- Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws. Contact abdullahmed1575@gmail.com to start a refund request and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.
5. Free tier & advertising
Anonymous users may make up to 100 requests per IP per 24 hours without an account. Free tier usage may be subject to Google AdSense advertising; paying users with a positive credit balance do not see ads.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the Service running but make no uptime guarantees. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may perform maintenance, change features, or retire the Service at any time. If we permanently shut down a paid feature we will offer a pro-rated refund of unused credits.
7. Intellectual property
- The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by Dev-Suite or its licensors.
- Output generated by the Service (e.g. mock JSON data, converted component code) is yours to use freely in your projects, commercial or otherwise.
- You retain ownership of any SVG you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and convert it for the sole purpose of returning the converted code to you.
8. Disclaimers
Mock data generated by the Service is intentionally fake and must not be used as a substitute for real user data, regulatory testing, or production systems where data integrity matters. Converted SVG component code is provided without warranty — review it before shipping to production.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dev-Suite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, in which case unused credits may be forfeited. You may export your data before deletion by contacting abdullahmed1575@gmail.com.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Pakistan.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
