This Privacy Policy explains how Dev-Suite ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or use our service (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account data: name, email address, and a hashed password when you register.
- Billing data: we do not store credit-card numbers. Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our merchant of record. We store only the Paddle transaction ID and the credit amount purchased, so we can credit your account and provide receipts.
- Support communication: if you email us at abdullahmed1575@gmail.com we keep that correspondence to respond to you.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- API usage logs: for every request to our public API we record the endpoint hit, response status, your IP address, timestamp, and (if logged in) your user ID. This is used for rate-limiting, abuse prevention, and analytics. Rows are automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Anonymous daily counter: we keep a per-IP counter in our cache to enforce the free-tier daily limit. The counter auto-expires every 24 hours.
- Session cookies: a single session cookie keeps you logged in. A CSRF cookie protects you from cross-site request forgery. Both are first-party and strictly necessary.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Process payments and credit your account after a successful purchase.
- Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse of the free tier.
- Communicate with you about your account, billing, or service updates.
- Improve the Service through aggregate analytics (totals, trends — never individual identification).
3. Third-party services
We rely on a small set of third parties to deliver the Service. Each of them has its own privacy policy:
- Paddle — payment processing, refunds, tax handling. Receives your name, email, billing address, and payment details directly. See paddle.com/legal/privacy.
- Google AdSense — only shown to non-paying visitors. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com. See policies.google.com/privacy.
- Hosting infrastructure — server logs may briefly retain your IP for security and uptime monitoring.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing.
4. Cookies
We use the following cookie categories:
- Strictly necessary — session and CSRF cookies. Cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.
- Advertising (only on free tier) — Google AdSense third-party cookies for ad personalization. Paying users with a positive credit balance do not see ads or these cookies.
Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent login from working.
5. Your rights
Subject to your jurisdiction's laws (including the EU GDPR and CCPA), you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information via your profile page or by emailing us.
- Delete your account and associated data. You can do this yourself from your profile, or email abdullahmed1575@gmail.com.
- Export your usage history and credit transactions on request.
- Object to processing or withdraw consent (e.g., opt out of marketing, which we do not send anyway).
To exercise any of these rights, email abdullahmed1575@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Data retention
- Account records: kept while the account is active; deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- API usage logs: pruned after 90 days.
- Billing records: kept for the period required by tax authorities (typically 7 years).
- Anonymous IP counter: auto-expires every 24 hours.
7. Data security
We encrypt traffic with TLS, store passwords with bcrypt, and limit administrative access to authorized personnel. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
We are based in Pakistan. Some of our service providers (e.g., Paddle, Google) operate in the United States and elsewhere. By using the Service you consent to your data being transferred and processed in those countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your own. We rely on standard contractual clauses where required.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we make material changes we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
